The Brief
Appointed to refurbish and modernise this Mayfair office property, bringing the internal spaces, tea points, and key services up to modern commercial standards while preserving the building's original architectural features.
Our Approach

Fabric Repairs & Redecoration:
Carried out targeted repairs and complete redecoration across the walls, doors, fireplace, floors, and ceilings. Works included tiling, fitting new ironmongery, installing fire door accessories, and adding new door signage.

Timber Floor Restoration:
Repaired, sanded, and stained the existing oak flooring back to its original finish.

Joinery & Space Dressing:
Built and installed custom storage, new tea points, and furniture, dressing the interior strictly to the architect's specification.

M&E & Security Upgrades:
Completed a full electrical rewire, installed a new door entry system, upgraded the existing HVAC infrastructure, and fitted new window blinds.
