The Brief
We provide ongoing maintenance across two active commercial buildings, working around busy tenant schedules. The contract requires bi-weekly scheduled visits, a reactive callout service, and specialist project works.
Our Approach

Executing fortnightly site visits to handle routine electrical, plumbing, door repairs, and fabric repairs.

Reactive Cover:
Providing fast-response support for urgent leaks, blockages, breakages, and emergency repairs.

Specialist Projects:
Delivering abseil leak repairs and external redecoration, alongside car park repairs, roofing works, waste clearance, and fire stopping.
