Client: Cushman & Wakefield

The Brief

As part of a 10-year planned maintenance, we were tasked with restoring the external façade of Ibex House—the UK's largest surviving 1930s 'Streamline Moderne' Art Deco landmark. The project required the delicate repair of damaged cladding and metal windows under strict Grade II heritage guidelines.

Our Approach

  • Specialist Tile Matching:

Sourced bespoke, handmade cream buff and black faience tiles to seamlessly replicate the original 1930s finish.

  • Window Repairs

Refurbished the historic metal windows in full compliance with listed building consent.

  • Heritage Preservation:

Applied traditional conservation techniques to guarantee weatherproofing and support the client’s long-term maintenance strategy.

What We Delivered

Executed external works to the façade and windows, restoring Ibex to its former glory.
