We have recently carried out the conversion of a car showroom in Mayfair back to an office space. Samac were instructed by Corob Investments to install raised floors, electrics etc. We were given a 4-week programme to complete; works were completed ahead of schedule on the 28/01/2019

Hazlitt Theatre, Maidstone; Samac completed external repairs and redecorations in time for the busy pantomime season. Working on a listed building in the heart of Maidstone’s shopping centre, Samac undertook critical roof works and repairs to a working theatre.
In the throws of practical completion we are currently working on the new Brookfield flagship building in the City. Over a million square feet, spread over 37 floors.
As the main contractor still has control of the building all of our operatives have CSCS cards. The start of our work is to form stores and workplaces for the staff, engineers, security and cleaning teams. The lift engineers store has just been completed and we are currently planning the fit out of the Post Room.

Samac have been appointed on a Design & Build basis to refurbish the reception at this prestigious property in London’s West End.
The works comprise of new entrance, stone flooring, reception desk, air conditioning and lighting
We are very happy to welcome on board Lauren Brown now a full member of Samac following a year as an apprentice here with us; she has settled in well and keeps us on our toes. Should you need to call the office she will usually be the one to forward your call in the right direction.
Following our initial installation of over 50 cycle racks for the tenants in Ibex House. We have successfully applied for planning and listed building permission to install 36no individual cycle racks. Working closely with the Site Facility Management we agreed the installation of the support steelwork. The special London Cycle Racks were installed and numbered up ready for the tenants to use.
Samac have been awarded the refurbishment of the Management Suite within 20 Canada Square for Brookfield Office Property Management Limited. Works are due to commence in April and include two kitchen/rest room areas as well as the management suite’s offices
Samac have just completed the refurbishment of the top floor of this prestigious mid-town building for the Corob Group – more information to follow within Case Studies
Samac were instructed to attend site during normal working hours to carry out a detailed survey of the West Elevation of the building and to record any defects and produce a report showing all further works required.
