Samac have been maintaining properties managed by Jones Lang LaSalle since 1995.
Over the years we have developed working relationships with a number of JLL Facility Managers.
In 2012, following a tender process, we were appointed under a term contract to maintain properties 24/7, 365 days a year, within London and the South East. The properties we maintain include prestigious Offices, Retail Parks and Shopping Centres.
We provide a full range of reactive and planned maintenance services. This includes emergency maintenance services including electrical repairs, plumbing, drainage, carpentry , glazing repairs, locksmiths, etc.
We also provide general building and fabric repairs including stone masonry, brickwork, windows, roofing, etc.
