Wyvern Way, Ashford; Samac to undertake external envelope works to second industrial unit within Henwood Trading Estate. Works include specialist asbestos roof coating and new roof lights

Hazlitt Theatre, Maidstone; Samac completed external repairs and redecorations in time for the busy pantomime season. Working on a listed building in the heart of Maidstone’s shopping centre, Samac undertook critical roof works and repairs to a working theatre.

In the throws of practical completion we are currently working on the new Brookfield flagship building in the City. Over a million square feet, spread over 37 floors.
As the main contractor still has control of the building all of our operatives have CSCS cards. The start of our work is to form stores and workplaces for the staff, engineers, security and cleaning teams. The lift engineers store has just been completed and we are currently planning the fit out of the Post Room.

A team of abseilers are currently carrying out external repairs to cladding and windows to the 24-storey structure in SE10.
The works for part of a £250,000 contract which is due for completion in October.

Work has been completed on the inspection, fixing, grouting and cleaning down of the faience tiles to the Grade II listed building.  An iconic art deco building built in the 1930’s.  We carry out the works as part of the PPM for the building on a 6 year cycle.

Samac Construction instructed to redecorate and repair prestigious Dukes Lane, Brighton, working in and around a busy pedestrianised area.  Samac worked out of ours to ensure minimal disruption to businesses and shoppers.

Samac have been appointed on a Design & Build basis to refurbish the reception at this prestigious property in London’s West End.
The works comprise of new entrance, stone flooring, reception desk, air conditioning and lighting

Samac have been awarded a £300,000.00 contract to refurbish 11 Maddox Street in London’s West End on behalf of Crown Estates.  The works include refurbishing office floors (Cat A fit out), common parts and external elevations, including a new roof.
