Project Details
The restoration of this grade 2 listed Art Deco building to its former glory, as part of a 10 year planned maintenance programme,(PMP) Samac have painstakingly repaired/replaced the cladding which consists of special handmade coloured cream and black faience tiles.
Ibex house is probably the largest surviving example of ‘Streamline Moderne,’ a form of Art Deco seen in the mid to late 1930s.
